Draw Steel Treasure Jam—Magic Item Set
Today, we have something Skies adjacent! I was working on pirate stat blocks, but then got interrupted by the Treasure Sets of the Timescape jam! This jam was hosted by The Dice Society and Jon de Nor of Goblinpoints.
Here's how it worked: Participating community members were tasked with creating a set of three leveled treasures, which give an extra bonus when equipped together. Take a look at the link above to see a bunch of great and unique magic items from across the Draw Steel community.
I figured out that coming up with something unique is a challenge, but I tried my best! We'll see what feedback I get from the judges. I started with inspiration from Skies of Mor-ladron, but then I tweaked the treasures so that they would fit into Draw Steel's default world, Orden.
The Lost Treasures of The Pirate Queen
Gather the lost treasures of Captain Nell Morris. This fearsome pirate queen grew her legend terrorizing and plundering her way up and down the coasts of the Bale Sea. With each voyage, the stories of her power grew, until one day she vanished, leaving a power vacuum on the high seas.
All-Seeing Eyepatch
The demonic eye stitched into the eyepatch glances around continuously.

1st level: Creatures and objects cannot be concealed from you and you cannot be surprised. Additionally, as a maneuver, you can target 1 creature within 10 squares. Abyssal flames surround and illuminate it until the start of your next turn, allowing your allies to locate the creature if concealed and giving an edge on. strikes against it. The target takes a bane when trying to hide.
5th level: Your maneuver now targets up to 3 creatures and the targets take a double bane when trying to hide. Additionally, when you are targeted with an ability, you can use a triggered action to impose a bane.
9th level: Your maneuver now targets up to 5 creatures and the targets can no longer take the hide maneuver. Additionally, when you are targeted with an ability, you can use a triggered action to impose a double bane.
Soul-Seeker
The runes on this shrikegun hunger for souls to empower it.

Project Roll Characteristic: Might or Intuition
Project Goal: 450
1st level: Any weapon ability that deals rolled damage using this weapon gains a +1 damage bonus, or +2 damage bonus if the target is winded. When any non-minion enemy is reduced to 0 stamina with an ability using this weapon, you can use a triggered action to spend 1 recovery. You also gain 1 surge.
5th level: The weapon’s damage bonus increases to +2, or +4 if the target is winded. You gain 2 surges when a non-minion enemy is reduced to 0 stamina with an ability using this weapon.
9th level: The weapon’s damage bonus increases to +3, or +6 if the target is winded. You now gain 3 surges when a non-minion enemy is reduced to 0 stamina with an ability using this weapon. Additionally, whenever you damage a creature with an ability using this weapon and obtain a tier 3 outcome, that creature is weakened (save ends).
Galeweaver Tattoo
Electric pulses shoot through the inked image of a storm-wreathed galeweaver.

1st level: When this tattoo is inked onto your back, you can change the damage type of any weapon ability to lightning damage. Additionally, you can fly. If you don’t end your turn on the ground, you fall.
5th level: You have lightning immunity 5. Additionally, you no longer need to end your turn on the ground to avoid falling.
9th level: You have lightning immunity 10. Additionally, you cannot be knocked prone or restrained while airborne.
Legendary Pirate
If you collect and equip all of Captain Morris’ lost treasures, you gain the following:
When you are in negotiations with pirates, merchants, sailors, or others of the high seas, you treat your Renown as 3 higher than usual.
You gain one follower. This follower does not count against your follower maximum. You can choose the follower type; if you choose a retainer, it must be of your level or lower.
You gain the ability Cannon Bombardment.
Cannon Bombardment ( 9 HR)
You call out and cannon fire fills the air.
